Plan your visit
Everything about getting to the practice and finding your way around — so the appointment itself is the only thing you need to think about.

- Wheelchair-accessible toilet and baby changing facilities
- A hearing loop is available at reception — ask the team to switch it on
- If a ground-floor room, a quieter time of day, or extra time would help you, tell us when booking — quieter times are usually mid-morning and mid-afternoon
For interpreters, BSL and information in other formats, see Help in your language or format.
When you arrive
- Please arrive about 5 minutes early and check in at reception so we know you are here
- If you prefer not to say why you are here at the desk, you can ask to write it down or just give your name
- Running late? Phone 01968 675 576 if you can — more than 10 minutes late and the appointment may need to be rearranged, at the clinician's discretion
- Need to cancel? Even an hour's notice lets us offer the slot to someone else
Bringing someone with you
You are always welcome to bring a relative, friend or carer into your appointment — just tell the clinician who they are. If you are a carer for the person being seen, it helps if this is recorded on our system. Children are welcome in the waiting room, though for some appointments you may prefer to arrange childcare.
