Register for online services

How to register

1. Ask the practice for online access

   Ask at reception for Patient Services access. We may need to confirm your identity before giving you the registration details that link an account securely to your medical record.

2. Receive your registration details

   We will provide the information you need for full access to the online services Eastfield has enabled for you.

3. Create or link your account

   Go to Patient Services and follow the registration instructions. If you previously used Patient Services with another practice, tell reception so the account can be linked correctly.

What you can do online

Available functions depend on the services enabled for your account. These may include ordering repeat medication, viewing selected record information, managing eligible appointments and sending an administrative request. If an option you need is not shown, phone the practice rather than using another category.

Repeat prescriptions are ready to collect from 3pm on the third working day after you order. See our Prescriptions page and Prescription tracker for details.
