Community health services
Local NHS teams work with the practice and can sometimes be contacted directly.
Community teams provide care in clinics, in the practice and, where clinically appropriate, at home. They are NHS Lothian or Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership services rather than Eastfield employees.
District nursing
Nursing assessment and treatment at home for people who are housebound or clinically unable to attend.
