Assess many new muscle, joint and back problems, explain the likely diagnosis and arrange treatment or referral—often without a GP appointment first.
Helping you access care
Trained staff managing patient contact, confidential information and the administrative work that keeps care moving.
Coordinates reception and administration, supports complex enquiries and helps daily patient-access work run smoothly.
The team handles appointment requests, prescriptions, documents, records and confidential enquiries. Staff ask brief questions to identify the appropriate clinician or service; they do not make clinical decisions.
